Century 21 Looking Glass is the largest and most established Century 21 franchise in Mid-Michigan.  Our firm’s broker-owners are industry leaders in the local market; in fact Matt Robertson, a founding broker-owner of our firm, is the 2015 President of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors.  With 3 different offices, 40+ agents and a dedicated team of support and management professionals, we have the resources to assist buyers and sellers, not only throughout the state but around the world.   We also take pride in the diversity of our team.  We have agents from a wide range of backgrounds including professionals who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish and Farsi.  Our agents also have a great breadth of backgrounds including finance, construction, consulting, and sales.   Though most agents work in several different market segments, we have a number of agents with focused expertise and experience spanning commercial/ investment properties, new construction, traditional residential, foreclosures and subsidized homes.

  • Training – We believe that it is essential to provide training resources to each of our associatesand employees from our newest sales associates to our most experienced executives.   Our training program for both new and established agents is extremely comprehensive and lead by a highly experienced professional industry educator.   We use one on one face to face training sessions, small group in-office educational workshops, live webinars through Century 21’s comprehensive “21 Online” agent support system to tried and true job shadowing, role playing activities.  We have in place a multi-module syllabus that involves a highly detailed review of documents, interactive job-shadowing experiences and both self-paced and instructor lead exposure to critically important curriculum.  Additionally Century 21 offers an immense array of learning opportunities including webinars, online tutorials and other practical, valuable resources. 

                 

  • Support - We are truly committed to helping our agents succeed.  We have a full-time administrative function, three highly approachable broker-owners and in addition to dedicated professionals in business development and recruiting roles.  Perhaps most importantly, we have a very positive, collegial, professional atmosphere where agents routinely assist others and happily share information known and lessons learned.

                

  •  Competitive Cost & Commission Structure – We understand that real estate professionals often choose their career path to have the flexibility of setting their own hours. We offer highly competitive commission splits while assessing one of the lowest monthly costs in the market.  We also don’t charge agents for a number of fees charged by other firms.  For example, agents have the benefit utilizing the Quality Service Survey, using the “Golden Ruler” web activity reports for seller communication and creating dedicated individual property websites… all free of cost   Additionally we ‘enhance’ our agents’ listings on key real estate search engines (e.g. Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia). No other local firm offers so much value for such a minimal monthly cost.

                 

  • Leads – Our award-winning industry internet lead system “Leadrouter” fairly distributes hundreds of leads a month at no cost to agents.   As the most recognized real estate brand in the industry, we get many strong leads from both buyers and sellers who know and trust the brand identity.  Additionally Century 21’s global brand presence and long established relationships with key relocation firms, agents periodically have the opportunity to receive additional leads.
